When you send an enquiry, WebItUp collects the name, email address, business name and project details you choose to provide so we can respond and discuss our services.

The final privacy notice must identify the legal data controller, lawful basis, retention period, processors, cookie and analytics usage and how to exercise data protection rights before the new website goes live.
